Our customer service representatives, along with your customer service agreement, will clearly communicate the following information regarding your wireless service. If you do not receive this information when you initiate service, please contact 1-800-alltel-1 or visit your nearest Alltel store.
Rates and Terms of Service
This is what you should know about your wireless plan:
- The plan's calling area
- The monthly access fee or base charge
- The number of airtime minutes included in the plan
- Any Night & Weekend minutes included in the plan and their time periods
- The charges for additional minutes
- If long distance is included in other rates or per-minute long-distance charges
- Per-minute roaming charges
- Any required contract term and its duration
- If a one-time $25 Activation Fee applies
- If you terminate your agreement after the first 15 days, you will be charged a $200 termination fee in addition to the service used
Terms & Conditions
Use of Alltel wireless service is subject to the Terms & Conditions provided to you with your wireless service agreement. By purchasing and continuing to use Alltel wireless service, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.
Taxes, Fees and Surcharges
Each wireless customer is subject to federal, state and local taxes that vary by usage and location. In addition, Alltel charges each wireless customer and retains all or a portion of:
- A Regulatory and Admin Fee, which helps Alltel recover costs incurred by the company to provide government-mandated services and complete calls to and from other carriers’ networks. This fee is set by Alltel and is not a tax required by law.
- A Federal Universal Service Fund (USF) fee, which varies based upon a customer's wireless usage, used to offset Alltel contributions to the FCC's USF.
- In certain states, a State Universal Service Fund (USF) fee is charged, the amount of which varies by customer usage.
- 911 fees of up to $3.30
These additional fees may not be taxes or government-required charges and are subject to change. Additional information regarding your taxes, fees and surcharges is available from your Alltel customer service representative and on your monthly bill.

Maps are a general representation of coverage. They are for illustrative purposes only. Wireless service is subject to limitations & may vary based on system availability & capacity, customer’s equipment, terrain, signal strength, buildings, weather & other conditions. Service outside of the Alltel Wireless Network, although depicted on our maps, is based on information from other carriers or publicly available information, & we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Alltel does not guarantee coverage or service availability.
Data Coverage
Actual coverage may vary. See coverage map at stores or alltel.com for details. Usage outside of your calling plan is subject to additional roaming, minute & long-distance charges. For customers without a data plan, data roaming will be rated as roaming minutes on bill. Customers with data plan will see the usage listed as kilobytes rated at $.003/kb. Each data session will be rounded to the next penny.
Voice Coverage
Promotional minutes apply within your plan’s calling area. Actual coverage area may vary. See coverage map at stores or alltel.com for details. Usage outside of your calling plan is subject to additional roaming, minute & long-distance charges.
Risk-Free Guarantee
You may end your agreement within fifteen (15) consecutive days with no early disconnect fee & only pay for the service(s) used, including a prorated portion of the monthly recurring charge. Activation & phonebook transfer fees, federal, state & local taxes, connectivity, regulatory & administrative surcharges & fees are non-refundable. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for you to receive your final bill. Prepaid equipment & service are not eligible for refund. Equipment: Any handset or accessory may be exchanged or returned to the original point of purchase once within fifteen (15) consecutive days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full purchase price refund, equipment should be in like-new condition & should include the original parts/pieces, original sales receipt (if purchased from a retail location or authorized agent) or packing slip (if purchased online) & in the original packaging with UPC code intact. For phones featuring mail-in rebates, customer must refer to rebate form for refund availability. Authorized Agents & their employees, are ineligible. Limited-time offer. Subject to availability in certain locations. Service agreement, credit approval, approved handset & additional equipment may be required. Data Usage Details: Date usage is calculated per kilobyte rather than for airtime used. You may be disconnected and lose your data session at any time. In addition to the data transmission charges, you will be charged for other Data applications, at the rates specified at the time of access or download. Tethering smart devices to a computer requires an additional charge. EVDO Device and Coverage: An EVDO-capable device is required. When EVDO is unavailable, wireless data connections will automatically establish on the 1X network, where available. QuickNet Connect: When outside the EVDO/1X service area, you may initiate a data session by selecting the QuickNet Connect option. QuickNet Connect usage is billed in full minute increments with a minimum charge of one minute. QNC speeds are considerably slower than EVDO/1X. QNC max speed is 14.4 Kbps. Transmission Speeds: Speeds will vary depending on such circumstances as geography, atmospheric conditions, distance from tower or amount of traffic on system. Prohibited and Permissible Uses: EVDO & 1X data sessions may be used with wireless devices for the following purposes: (1) Internet browsing; (2) e-mail; & (3) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, e-mail and individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force and field service automation). Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using services: (1) with server devices or with host computer applications, including, without limitation, Web camera posts or broadcasts, continuous jpeg file transfers, automatic data feeds, telemetry applications, automated functions or any other peer-to-peer applications; (2) as substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections; (3) for voice over IP; (4) in conjunction with WWAN or other applications or devices which aggregate usage from multiple sources prior to transmission; (5) using the services for any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use either the services or other parties' Internet-based resources including, but not limited to excessive consumption of network or system resources (whether intentional or unintentional) & "denial of service" (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user; or (6) interference with or disruption of other network users, network services or network equipment. Alltel reserves the right to (1) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny service &/or terminate service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels & (2) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ALLTEL COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. (“ALLTEL”) CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR AN ALLTEL ACCOUNT OR USING THE ALLTEL WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICES. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (AN ENTITY OR PERSON) & ALLTEL WIRELESS, LLC. BY PROCEEDING TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT &/OR USE THE ALLTEL SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT OR USE THE SERVICE.
The terms & conditions of this Agreement govern the relationship between you ("Customer" or "you") & Alltel. Alltel provides its Wireless Internet access services, as they may exist from time to time ("Services"), to customers who establish an account. You must be at least 18 years old to establish an account. By establishing or using an account with Alltel, you agree to be bound by this Agreement & to use the Services in compliance with this Agreement & other Alltel policies posted on the Alltel website.
1. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS. You must (i) provide Alltel with accurate & complete billing information including legal name, address, telephone number, & credit card/billing information, & (ii) report to Alltel all changes to this information within 30 days of the change. Charges for Services paid for by credit card are billed to your credit card(s) for the applicable service plan & any additional usage. You are responsible for any & all charges to your account. If you have questions regarding charges to an account, you should contact Alltel's Customer Service Department at (866) 499-9434.
Alltel offers several payment options for the Service: Prepaid, Pay-As-You-Go, & Postpaid:
Prepaid
Customers on a prepaid plan have received a prepaid card &/or PIN code worth a fixed amount of Service usage. If the card is worth one day of access, you will receive unlimited use of the Service from the first time you connect & ending 24 hours thereafter. Likewise a prepaid week will provide you unlimited use of the Service from the first time you connect & ending 7 days thereafter.
Pay As You Go
Customers create an account online & submit a credit card which is associated with their account. The credit card on file will be charged in advance of service depending on which rate plan is selected. If you are on a daily based Pay As You Go plan your credit card will be charged upon your first connection to a hotspot. You will then receive unlimited use of the Service for the next 24 hours. As long as a daily rate plan is chosen, the credit card will be charged for each 24 hour session that you initiate. Likewise, if you are on a weekly rate plan you will receive unlimited use of the Service for a 7day period. As long as the weekly rate plan is chosen, the credit card will be charged for each 7-day session that you initiate. If you are on monthly Pay As You Go rate plan you will be charged immediately at signup & on the same date of every calendar month thereafter & will receive unlimited use of the Service during such time.
Postpaid
If you are a current Alltel subscriber, you may add this Service as an additional feature to your current bill. Postpaid rate plans offer unlimited use of the Service on a monthly basis & are available on existing postpaid voice or voice & data rate plans.
Alltel is not responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g., for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.) resulting from charges billed by Alltel. Delinquent accounts may be suspended or canceled at Alltel's sole discretion. However, charges will continue to accrue until the account is canceled. Collection fees, late fees or other similar fees may be added. Alltel may bill an additional charge to reinstate a suspended account.
2. LOCATIONS & FEES. Access points or enabled venues may not be available in all areas. The Services may entail different fees at different locations; some locations are not included in Alltel’s on-going subscription accounts or other flat-rate plans. Current prices for Alltel Services & the locations where such Services are available are posted at https://wifi.alltel.com & http://www.alltel.com. These rates & locations also may be obtained by calling (866) 499-9434. Alltel reserves the right to change prices & locations where Service is available, & institute new fees at any time. You must use the Alltel client software or contact Alltel if you are unsure of the fees charged at a particular location where the Services are available. You are responsible for determining the fees prior to using the Services each time.
3. YOUR USERNAME & PASSWORD; SECURITY. Upon registration, you will receive a username, password, & account identification number. You are the only authorized user of your Alltel account, unless expressly specified otherwise in your service plan, & your use of your account must comply with this Agreement. You should keep your password confidential so that no one else may access the Services through your account. Please notify Alltel immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to use any automatic method to avoid disconnection due to inactivity; you may not maintain a connection unless actively using it. You also agree not to provide any public information services over a wireless LAN connection. User names & passwords are Alltel's property & Alltel may alter or replace them at any time.
4. MONITORING THE SERVICES. Alltel has no obligation to monitor the Services, but may do so & disclose information regarding use of the Services for any reason if Alltel, in its sole discretion, believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Services properly; or protect itself & its customers.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS & SERVICES SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED AS BEING OFFERED BY ALLTEL, ALLTEL DOES NOT CONTROL ANY MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THE INTERNET. THE INTERNET CONTAINS UNEDITED MATERIALS, SOME OF WHICH ARE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT OR MAY BE OTHERWISE OFFENSIVE TO YOU. ALLTEL HAS NO CONTROL OVER & ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH MATERIALS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY & RISK FOR USE OF THE SERVICES & THE INTERNET & ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & USEFULNESS OF ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS & OTHER INFORMATION & THE QUALITY & MERCHANTABILITY OF ALL MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE INTERNET.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALLTEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ALLTEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, & CUSTOMER WAIVES ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY & FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY MERCHANDISE, INFORMATION OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH ALLTEL DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE SECURITY, PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY RISKS INHERENT IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS & ALLTEL DOES NOT MAKE ANY ASSURANCES OR WARRANTIES RELATING TO SUCH RISKS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY ALLTEL OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY. ALLTEL & ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE INTERNET, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLE, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
7. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree, at your expense, to defend & hold harmless Alltel & its affiliates, officers, directors & employees from & against any & all costs, damages & reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from any claim that your use of the Services injured or otherwise violated any right of any third party or violates any law.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY. All customers of the Services & users of the Alltel Web site &/or the Alltel software agree to & must comply with this section 8, which is the Alltel Wi-Fi Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), & your use of any Services, Web site or software provided by Alltel constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of this AUP. This AUP is intended to improve the use of the Internet by preventing unacceptable uses. Alltel does not actively monitor the use of the Services under normal circumstances. Similarly Alltel does not exercise editorial control or review over the content of any website, electronic mail transmission, news group, or other material created or accessible over or through the Services. However, Alltel may remove, block, filter or restrict by any other means any materials that, in Alltel’s sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject Alltel to liability or may violate this AUP. Alltel may cooperate with legal authorities &/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of either access to the Services &/or Alltel account or other actions as detailed below.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use the Services to:
(i) transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(ii) harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way;
(iii) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Services;
(iv) transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary & confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(v) transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
(vi) transmit (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junkmail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
(vii) transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(viii) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
(ix) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
(x) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, & any regulations having the force of law;
(xi) "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or collect or store, or attempt to collect or store, personal data about third parties without their knowledge or consent;
(xii) resell the Services without Alltel's authorization;
(xiii) use the Services for high volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, hosting a web server, IRC server, or any other server.
(xiv) use the Service on more than one computer or device at a time.
Alltel requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of the AUP direct the information to: 866-499-9434. If available, please provide the following information: (i) the IP address used to commit the alleged violation; (ii) the date & time of the alleged violation, including the time zone; & (iii) evidence of the alleged violation. When reporting an issue regarding unsolicited email please provide a copy of the email messages with full headers which typically provides all of the above data. Other situations will require different methods of providing the necessary information.
In response to complaints, Alltel may, in its sole discretion & without limitation, suspend the Customer's account; terminate the Customer's account; bill the Customer or user for administrative costs &/or reactivation charges; or bring legal action to enjoin violations &/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.

$9.99 Add Lines: On qualifying plans. Long Distance: Nationwide long distance applies to calls placed from customer’s Greater Freedom calling area & terminating in the U.S.
National Freedom: National Freedom plans are network-based & not geography-based. You will need to watch your phone’s roam indicator to determine whether or not the minutes you are using are included in the plan. The Alltel National Freedom network covers most U.S. cities. Coverage may not be available in all areas.
My Circle Family Choice Plans
Additional discounts, including Affinity &/or Military Discounts, cannot be applied to Family Choice or Family Premier Plans. My Circle: My Circle numbers must be shared among all lines on the primary account. Not available on prepaid plans. Alltel reserves the right to (1) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny service &/or terminate service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels & (2) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows. Add Lines: One (1) secondary smart device may be added for $40/mo to a primary line of service on a Smart Choice Pack $89.99 & higher. Secondary smart device shares data & voice minutes with the primary line. Touch2Talk
Touch2Talk (T2T) minutes available on qualifying Freedom rate plans (not available on prepaid plans). Customer's T2T coverage area may differ from the customer's wireless calling area. Touch2Talk calls made outside of your T2T coverage area will incur roaming & airtime charges. For T2T calls made on the Alltel network, usage is measured in seconds. At the end of your billing cycle, the number of seconds used is totaled & converted into minutes. Usage is billed to the minute for T2T calls made off the Alltel network. Any partial minutes will be rounded up to the next full minute. Additional minutes outside of T2T package plan billed at 15¢/minute; wireless rate plan minutes not affected. Private minutes apply when 2 participants are on a T2T call. Group minutes apply when 3-20 participants are on a T2T call. Some features cannot be used during Touch2Talk session. Alltel Roadside Assistance: Alltel Roadside Assistance includes 6 service incidents per year up to $50 per incident per 12-month period. This is not a reimbursement program; you must call for service. Charges over $50 will be the responsibility of the customer. you must be an enrolled subscriber in the Alltel Roadside Assistance program to receive service. Service cannot be provided unless the subscriber's wireless phone is located at the site where assistance is needed. Alltel assumes no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from services provided by Alltel Roadside Assistance. Service covers light-duty passenger cars and trucks only. Alltel Roadside Assistance does not cover motorcycles, boats, RVs, trailers or motor homes. Accident-related towing is not covered. Alltel Roadside Assistance services do not apply when operating vehicles off the road. Your coverage will become effective 72 hours after your enrollment. Other restrictions may apply. Alltel Voice2TXT: Active voice mail account & capable phone required. Each voice mail conversion may result in multiple text messages. Limit of three messages per conversion. America's Only Network Quality Guarantee: An automatic one-minute credit will be provided for any dropped voice call on the Alltel network. Not available on prepaid plans. No action is required by the customer to receive the credit. Total dropped calls will be reflected on the current month’s billing statement. Dropped calls will not be credited when outside the Alltel network. Program may be discontinued at the discretion of Alltel.
Anytime Plan Changes: Does not apply to certain business accounts. Plan changes for data equipment are limited to plans that support the equipment. Plan changes may not become effective until beginning of your next billing cycle.

Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. is the agent & provides claims servicing under this program, & Old Republic Insurance Company is the underwriter of the product. Your wireless devices can be used to purchase goods, content & services (including subscription plans) like ring tones, graphics, games & news alerts from Alltel or other companies (“Mobile Content”). You are responsible for all authorized charges associated with such purchases from any device assigned to your account. Charges for Mobile Content will appear on your bill (including charges on behalf of other companies). Alltel Mobile Web
Customers are unable to browse the Internet in analog areas. You will be billed airtime while using Alltel Mobile Web service in which your package minutes will apply.
GPS Applications
Alltel Communications, LLC (“Alltel”) offers location based services (“LBS”) that use the location of your device and you (“Location Information”) to provide the service you request. Alltel relies upon the services of third parties to deliver LBS to you. By subscribing to and/or using LBS you consent to the collection and disclosure of your Location Information so that the LBS you have requested may be delivered. You should not initiate LBS if you do not want your Location Information shared with these third party service providers. Please review the LBS application’s terms and conditions and policies of third party service providers before you decide to initiate any LBS or disclose your Location Information. If you download and use any LBS application, you represent that your use will be for lawful personal use only. You control when your Location Information is shared with others by managing the settings within your device and/or the application. Alltel may retain your Location Information for as long as it has a business need to do so. Alltel does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any Location Information displayed through an LBS application and LBS may not be available to you outside of the Alltel network. Always use caution when disclosing personally identifiable information about yourself or your location to others.
Alltel Navigation
Before you accept this, or any other Alltel application offering, please carefully review these terms and conditions. Capable handset required. Do not attempt to enter or change information while driving. Alltel does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information including location information displayed through the application. Capable phone & separate monthly subscription charge required. Alltel Navigation is only available while traveling within the Alltel network. Airtime is required for use. Customer may incur airtime charges when downloading information, i.e. accessing new information or recalculating directions. Alltel Navigation may be required to go back to the network periodically to update GPS parameters, during which time airtime will be used. Roaming charges apply when accessing information while traveling outside of customer’s plan calling area. Signal strength may affect performance of Alltel Navigation. Alltel offers wireless location-based applications that use your network location to provide the requested service. For example, if you choose to subscribe to a service that provides turn-by-turn driving directions on your wireless device, the Alltel Network will track your GPS-enabled device for the length of time required to provide the directions. Location-based services may not function outside of the Alltel Network. However, if your device's position locator is turned on while roaming, it may be possible for the roaming network to obtain your location information.
Family Finder
Use of the service is subject to Family Finder Terms of Use. Family Finder requires an application download via the Internet & the use of capable handsets. Additional airtime and text messaging charges may apply.
Ringtones
Downloadable ringtones take approximately 2-3 minutes to download and will be billed to the customer's account. Airtime and/or text messaging charges may apply when downloading. Ringtones can be stored up to the phone's storage capacity and vary by model. If a ringtone is deleted from the phone, it must be downloaded again for re-use, resulting in an additional charge. Prepaid customers must have a minimum $2 balance to download a Web ringtone.
Ringbacks
Ringback Tones: Ringbacks can only be assigned to callers with phone numbers in the North American numbering plan. Use of Ringbacks requires a monthly service charge of 99¢, which will appear on your monthly bill. Additional tones cost up to $1.99 each, & customers may use tones up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. After 12 months, each tone purchased will expire. Airtime charges may apply if you purchase Ringbacks or service from the Alltel Mobile Web on your Alltel wireless phone. Text messaging charges may apply if you purchase Ringbacks or service via text messaging. If a tone is deleted from customer's My Ringback Tones page on the Alltel Web site, the tone must be purchased again, resulting in an additional charge. Customers may retain a maximum of 15 tones per account. By purchasing & using Ringback Tones, customer agrees not to copy, reproduce, sublicense, transfer or assign tone or use tones for any unauthorized purpose. Alltel reserves the right to withdraw availability of Ringback Tones even after they have been purchased & are being used by Alltel subscribers. If a calling party's phone number is not recognized by the Ringback Tones service (for any reason, including if the number is blocked), caller will hear a default tone. Due to their service provider's limitations, some landline callers may be unable to hear Ringbacks.
