    Limits

    • A maximum of two replacement requests are allowed per insured subscriber within a consecutive 12-month period.
    • All replacement requests must be reported within 30 days of incident.
    • Replacement value may not exceed $1,500 per occurrence.

    Replacement Requests

    Please secure the following information before contacting Asurion:

    • Your mobile number, billing name and address (you must be an authorized user on the account)
    • Make/model of equipment and the incident date
    • A method of payment for the non-refundable deductible
    • Your damaged equipment to return as instructed by Asurion

    Please note: Don't forget to temporarily suspend your service with Alltel at 1-800-Alltel1 to avoid unnecessary charges to your account.

    After you've secured this information, call Asurion at 1-888-723-3360 within 30 days of the incident to file your replacement request.

    If you've experienced a loss but are not enrolled, please contact your local Business Representative for potential upgrade opportunities and/or how to purchase new equipment.
