  • Go online and get bonus minutes with each replenishment
  • Dial #Pay (#729) from your Alltel Wireless phone and follow the prompts (credit card required)
  • Buy a replenishment card at a participating Wal-Mart and other locations
  • Visit an Alltel store or Alltel Authorized Agent

You can check your balance in the following ways:

  • Dial *369 from your U Prepaid phone and listen to the automated message
  • Login to My Prepaid Plan and view your account details
  • Call 1-800-335-6401 and select the option to hear your balance. Account balances can also be sent to you in a free text message! Listen for the menu option to have your balance sent directly to your phone.
