Re-activate your Simple Freedom Phone
There are three easy steps to re-activate your Simple Freedom phone.
- Go to www.alltelu.com and check out your plan choices.
- Call Alltel’s Customer Care at 1-800-335-6401 and press 2 to activate your phone.
- Add funds to your account to get your service started!
Convenient and Easy Replenishment Options
- Pay by Phone – dial #PAY (#729) from your wireless phone and replenish using a credit card.
- Pay Online – go to www.alltel.com/myprepaid and register to manage your account online.
- Pay at an Alltel Store – replenish with cash or credit card at an Alltel location.
- Pay by Refill Card or PIN – buy a refill card at Wal-Mart or any participating retailer. Look for the cards with the Alltel logo, U Prepaid logo or Simple Freedom logo.
