Our Leadership program places new college graduates into key areas of our company: Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology. For MBA graduates, Marketing offers the Accelerated Leadership Development Program. College students can participate in our Accouting Internship.
Your experience is designed for you to have first-hand encounters with our customers, employees and processes. During each phase, you will network and establish relationships with peers and leaders through tasks that will be evaluated and complemented with individual feedback from the program managers.
We are looking for individuals who are able to fulfill the general requirements below:
- Team player with strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and research abilities
- Ability to motivate and supervise others
- Ability to suggest process improvements and adapt to change
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Can relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas (or Georgia for certain IT positions)
- Permanent U.S. Work Authorization
