Axcess features only available for use in Alltel digital wireless and roaming partner markets. Qualifying Alltel rate plan and approved wireless phone required. Airtime, text messaging and/or kilobyte charges may apply when downloading or using features. All Axcess features may not work on all phones or in all areas. Messaging detail (date, time and phone number the message was sent to) is currently not available. On select phones, text messages are limited to 160 characters per message. Customers are unable to browse the Internet in analog areas. Airtime charges apply when using Axcess Web. Usage outside of your calling plan is subject to additional roaming and long-distance charges. Axcess Apps:

Axcess Games:
Games purchased from the Axcess Shop use no airtime when played unless the game has multi-players and must connect to the Internet. Games played through Axcess Web use package airtime minutes.

Axcess Instant Messaging:
Text Messaging service required. The charges for Text Messaging service will vary depending on your plan. Every instant message sent and received will count against your Text Messaging plan. AOL®, AIM®, Buddy List TM, MSN® or Yahoo!® Messenger require an AIM, AOL, Netscape®, Compuserve, MSN® Messenger or Yahoo! username and password. Axcess Messaging Pack

Axcess Web:
Customers are unable to browse the Internet in analog areas. You will be billed airtime while using Axcess Web service in which your package minutes will apply.

Axcess Broadband/MobileLink:
Limited-time offer. Subject to availability in certain locations. Service agreement, credit approval, approved handset and additional equipment may be required.

Usage Details: Axcess Broadband/Axcess MobileLink (ABB/AML) usage is calculated per kilobyte rather than for airtime used. For the 2MB package plan, excess usage will be charged at 2¢/KB. Usage will be rounded up to the next whole kilobyte. For calculation purposes, kilobyte costs will be rounded up to the nearest whole cent. You are responsible for all charges associated with data activity to and from your handset/device, regardless of who initiates the activity or whether your handset actually receives all of the data. Charges are incurred only when data is transmitted. Estimates of usage, such as the size of downloadable files, will vary. For instance, additional data is used in transporting and routing on the Alltel network and data may be automatically resent due to interrupted or partial downloads. You may be disconnected and lose your data session at any time. In addition to the data transmission charges, you will be charged for services, such as Axcess Web or other Axcess applications, at the rates specified at the time of access or download. Customer must have an existing voice plan or sign up for a new wireless voice plan of $39.99 or higher to be eligible for the $59.99 ABB/AML unlimited roaming feature.

Axcess Broadband Device and Coverage: An Axcess Broadband capable device is required. When Axcess Broadband is unavailable, wireless data connections will automatically establish on the Axcess MobileLink network, where available. Terms: Two-year customer agreement with a $25 activation fee per data line. Customer must have an existing voice plan or sign up for a new wireless voice plan of $39.99 or higher to qualify for this offer.

QuickNet Connect: When outside the ABB/AML service area, you can initiate a data session by selecting the QuickNet Connect option. QuickNet Connect usage is billed in full minute increments with a minimum charge of one minute. QNC speeds are considerably slower than AML/ABB. QNC max speed is 14.4 Kbps.

Transmission Speeds: Speeds will vary depending on such circumstances as geography, atmospheric conditions, distance from tower or amount of traffic on system.

Axcess Broadband and MobileLink data sessions may be used with wireless devices for the following purposes:
1. Internet browsing;
2. E-mail;
3. Intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, e-mail and individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force and field service automation).
Unlimited Axcess Broadband and MobileLink services cannot be used for the following:
1. Up/down-loading or streaming of movies, music, or games;
2. With server devices or with host computer apps, including web camera posts/broadcasts, automatic data feeds, VOIP, or file sharing;
3. As a substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections;
4. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) file sharing.
Axcess Mobile Guide:
Do not attempt to enter or change information while driving. Alltel does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information including location information displayed through the application. Capable phone & separate monthly subscription charge required. Axcess Mobile Guide is only available while traveling within the Alltel network. Airtime is required for use. Customer may incur airtime charges when downloading information, i.e. accessing new information or recalculating directions. Axcess Mobile Guide may be required to go back to the network periodically to update GPS parameters, during which time airtime will be used. Roaming charges apply when accessing information while traveling outside of customer?s plan calling area. Signal strength may affect performance of Axcess Mobile Guide. Alltel offers wireless location-based applications that use your network location to provide the requested service. For example, if you choose to subscribe to a service that provides turn-by-turn driving directions on your wireless device, the Alltel Network will track your GPS-enabled device for the length of time required to provide the directions. Before you accept this, or any other Axcess offering, please review Alltel's Axcess terms and conditions at alltel.com/axcess/terms.html. Location-based services may not function outside of the Alltel Network. However, if your device's position locator is turned on while roaming, it may be possible for the roaming network to obtain your location information. Axcess Ringtones:
Downloadable ringtones take approximately 2-3 minutes to download and will be billed to the customer's account. Airtime and/or text messaging charges may apply when downloading. Ringtones can be stored up to the phone's storage capacity and vary by model. If a ringtone is deleted from the phone, it must be downloaded again for re-use, resulting in an additional charge. Prepaid customers must have a minimum $2 balance to download a Web ringtone.

Axcess Ringbacks:
Ringback Tones: Ringbacks can only be assigned to callers with phone numbers in the North American numbering plan. Use of Ringbacks requires a monthly service charge of 99¢, which will appear on your monthly bill. Additional tones cost up to $1.99 each, & customers may use tones up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. After 12 months, each tone purchased will expire. Airtime charges may apply if you purchase Ringbacks or service from the Axcess Web on your Alltel wireless phone. Text messaging charges may apply if you purchase Ringbacks or service via text messaging. If a tone is deleted from customer's My Ringback Tones page on the Alltel Web site, the tone must be purchased again, resulting in an additional charge. Customers may retain a maximum of 15 tones per account. By purchasing & using Ringback Tones, customer agrees not to copy, reproduce, sublicense, transfer or assign tone or use tones for any unauthorized purpose. Alltel reserves the right to withdraw availability of Ringback Tones even after they have been purchased & are being used by Alltel subscribers. If a calling party's phone number is not recognized by the Ringback Tones service (for any reason, including if the number is blocked), caller will hear a default tone. Due to their service provider's limitations, some landline callers may be unable to hear Ringbacks. Alltel Music Connect:
Alltel Music Connect is intended to be used with legally obtained music files only. Not all music can be moved to wireless phone. Digital music files protected by digital rights management and/or files of incompatible bit rates may be shown in the application library and playable but may not be moved to wireless phone. Usage of this software application requires agreement with terms of use.

International Text Messaging:
Prices subject to change. International text messages can only be sent and received while on the Alltel network. See Axcess Text Messaging for additional conditions and restrictions.
