Emergency and Disaster Relief

EcoSmart
Alltel encourages customers to take advantage of the EcoSmart program by recycling their used wireless handsets in specially marked drop boxes at more than 500 Alltel stores. It is our goal to remove nearly 1 million pounds of electronic waste from landfills each year.
Wireless Safety
Alltel believes in and promotes common sense and safety when using wireless phones on the road or while driving. That’s why we provide information to driver education programs and motor vehicle offices in many areas about the safe use of wireless phones while driving.
