How to Download your Connect Pack:

Your Connect Pack will be available for download the day AFTER activation (except Sunday). If the day after is Sunday, your Connect Pack will be available for download on Monday.

If you already have an Alltel App. Click here for instructions on deleting current applications before downloading the new Apps.

The day AFTER activating your Connect Pack:

  1. Go to the Alltel Shop (Axcess Shop) on your phone
  2. Match the Alltel Shop screen on your phone to one of the screens shown below and follow the steps listed beside it

  1. Launch Alltel Apps from your phone’s main menu.
  2. Select "Alltel Shop" (shopping cart icon).
  3. Select "Catalog".
  4. Scroll down to the "My Choices" folder.
  5. Select the first application to download.
  6. Select FREE/$0 pricing option.
  7. Repeat steps above to download additional applications.
  8. To launch your applications, launch Alltel Apps from main menu and select application.

  1. Launch Alltel Apps from your phone’s main menu.
  2. Select "Mobile Shop" (shopping cart icon).
  3. Select the Catalog tab (shopping cart tab).
  4. Scroll down and select the "My Choices" folder.
  5. Select the first application to download.
  6. Select "Get it".
  7. Select the Free/$0 pricing option.
  8. Repeat steps above to download additional applications.
  9. To launch your application, launch Alltel Apps from main menu and select application.

  1. Launch Alltel Shop from your phone’s main menu.
  2. From the "Shop" tab, select Catalog.
  3. Navigate down to the "My Choices" folder.
  4. Select the first application to download.
  5. Select "Get Pricing".
  6. Select the $0 pricing option.
  7. Select "Buy".
  8. Repeat steps above to download additional applications.
  9. To launch your applications, launch Alltel Shop from main menu and go to the "MyApps" tab.


Important Information
Applications will be available for download the day following activation of a Connect Pack. Applications will not be available for download on Sundays. Alltel Connect Packs available to customers with current postpaid rate plans of $39.99 & higher with capable phones. Not available to customers with BlackBerry or other smartphone devices. Duplicate applications already existing on the phone prior to Connect Pack purchase (preloaded, embedded or previously downloaded) must be deleted prior to downloading new applications. Failure to do this will result in additional usage & airtime charges. To ensure you are not charged additional usage fees, follow the deletion/download instructions provided & be sure to launch your applications from the Alltel Shop on your phone.
