After subscribing to Voice2TXT, you will need to set up your mailbox by following the instructions below. Your existing mailbox and settings, including greetings and saved/unplayed messages, will be deleted.  Enhanced voice mail capabilities may change.  Ask a representative for details.

Setting up Voice2TXT:

1. Dial your 10-digit number from your wireless phone.
2. Follow the instructions to select a new security code and record your name and greeting.

How to play messages:

1. Dial your wireless number.
2. If dialing from a phone other than your wireless phone, press # to interrupt your greeting and enter your security code.
3. Press 1 to play messages.
4. Press 7 to delete message.
5. Press 9 to save message.

During a message playback, you may:

Press 2 to pause message.

Press 1 to rewind message.

Press 3 to fast-forward message.

Press # to skip message.

Press * to return to main menu.

 

How to change your personal greeting or security code:

Personal Greeting

1. Press 4 for personal options.
2. Press 3 for greetings.

Security Code

1. Press 4 for personal options.
2. Press 2 for administrative options.
3. Press 1.
